Aero Squad

A parent putting a child on a school bus is handed silence — no position, no boarding confirmation, no record — for the whole distance between the gate and the classroom.

Built a PostGIS-backed FastAPI core that models routes, stops, vehicles and live position as first-class data, paired with a multi-child Flutter app for parents: twenty-two screens with a purpose-built motion system, so a status is read at a glance instead of parsed.

The route moves on the map in real time, the attendant marks each boarding at the stop it happened, and every event lands on one auditable timeline per child that a school can answer questions from.
