Kazmik Salon

A luxury salon group ran two brands — men's and women's — out of phone calls and a paper diary, which works until two chairs are promised the same slot.

Phone-OTP authentication over Twilio so a client is verified without a password, a service catalogue that carries both brands without forking the schema, staff and admin roles for the floor, and a Flutter app plus a Next.js storefront over a single FastAPI backend.

Clients pick stylist, service and slot from the phone in their hand; the floor works from one diary instead of a notebook per chair, and the same booking record serves the client, the staff member and the owner.
