A brand selling through Instagram and WhatsApp runs its business across two inboxes, a spreadsheet and someone's memory — so the broadcast, the reply it triggered and the order it produced are three unrelated facts.

One data model spanning accounts, conversations, broadcasts, chatbot flows, moderation rules, hashtag tracking, competitor snapshots and storefronts, served by FastAPI workers with a Next.js console on Cloudflare and a Flutter app for the phone.

Messages, campaigns, catalogue and analytics finally sit on one record. A campaign can be traced to the conversation it started and the order it closed, without exporting anything.
